You can’t afford to get sick right now. Make sure to keep your nitric oxide level high during this pandemic. It’s the single most important thing you can do to prevent infection and/or illness.

There are good, better and best ways to increase nitric oxide (NO) in the body. They are:

  • GOOD:  Eat foods high in Arginine
  • BETTER:  Supplement Citrulline Malate
  • BEST:  Do a 5-minute HIIT Sequence like the one shown below. Simple walking, biking, or even jogging won’t elevate it as high, as quickly, or at the levels you need right now. HIIT is the best way and does it quickly. See study.

HIIT not only increases nitric oxide faster but keeps it elevated for hours, versus minutes provided by other means. Nitric oxide doesn’t last very long in the body and fades quickly. Things like being sedentary, eating excess preservatives, sugar, meats, dairy, toxins–anything that increases free radicals in the body–lowers nitric oxide levels.
